Thought of this last night while laying in bed waiting for sleep to hit me.

This is the year.
I will get my act together and get stuff done.
Sure yesterday is done, but I can start today.
But it is nearly the end of the week, so maybe I will start next week.

As next week comes and goes, maybe I will start the week after.
Another week gone, now it is the middle of January.
Maybe I will just wait until February to begin.

As February rolls by quickly, since it is a short month, maybe March will fair better.
But then, yet another month goes by.
Maybe July should be my starting point, for it is in the middle of the year.

July is here, and still nothing.
Well time to start now.
For I still have six months to go.

Would you look at that, it is Thanksgiving all ready.
With the holidays quickly approaching after this, where did the year go?

Maybe since it is close to the end of the year, I can wait a little longer.
Why start now, when I can start at the beginning of next year?

So only three hundred and sixty four more days until I can start over.
